It helps you practice the idea of refusing to give up when things get difficult, and it’ll make your stronger both mentally and physically. Having the skill of perseverance helps all aspects of your health, whether it be physical, mental/emotional, or social (since people like people that aren’t quitters/have a strong mind over matter attitude).
