It is never safe to pour waste chemicals anywhere but a place where they can be properly and expertly disposed. While there may be a lot of water to dilute the solution, there is no telling what chemical compounds or substances are in the drain/sewage system, and if in an unfortunate event, the waste chemicals and preexisting ones do not mix well, then you may have a very dangerous situation.
There are 2 main hormones that can control blood glucose levels : insulin and glucagon.
Both of them are produced in the pancreas.
If the blood glucose level is too high, insulin can help by converting glucose into glycogen, the storage form of carbohydrates.
If the blood glucose is too low, glucagon can covert glycogen back into glucose to increase blood glucose level. Both of these hormones can work together to control blood glucose level in body.
The law of entropy, presence of water, physical conditions of earth movement like volcanoes and atmospheric effects, and the stochastic, random interaction of elements on the Earth determined the degree of molecular assembly possible. The simple abiotic chemicals found in the water, on the land or distributed in the air, and deposited from meteors and comets show that at most some elemental biochemicals, including amino acids, simple sugars, lipids and polymers could form.
There are no naturalistic conditions or processes that could produce all the biochemical compounds and molecules required to assemble even the simplest living organism. Even in the lab, highly intelligent design and management of experiment processes and materials is required to produce interesting, but relatively minor, complex assemblies, but nothing comprehensive.
B) climate
Climate is influenced by all of the factors listed in the question, as well as ocean currents, temperature and percipitation.
Plants use carbon dioxide to breathe basically and then that converts to photosynthesis witch gives them nutrients. And then they release oxygen which humans consume to breathe in then we release carbon dioxide and the circle goes on and on
