Answer:

\alpha= \frac{1.65 m/s^2}{0.027 m}= 61.11 rad/s^2

Explanation:

For this case we can use the following formula for the angular velocity:

w = w_o + \alpha t

where w represent the final angular velocity , w_o the initial angular velocity , t the time and \alpha the angular acceleration.

And for the linear acceleration we have this formula:

a = r \alpha

Where a represent the linear acceleration and \alpha the angular acceleration.

For this case the linear acceeleration is given a_c = 1.65 m/s^2

And the radius of the yo-yo is also given r= 2.7 cm= 0.027 m

So then we can use the following formula:

a = r \alpha

If we replace the values we got:

1.65m/s^2 = 0.027 m (\alpha)

And solving for \alpha we got:

\alpha= \frac{1.65 m/s^2}{0.027 m}= 61.11 rad/s^2

Umnica [9.8K]

Answer: Physiologic response to fear is very similar to that of PTSD and stress. Fear is accompanied by increased heart rate due to the release of adrenaline, sympathetic nervous system is aroused. The release of adrenaline also causes increased sweating, pulse and blood pressure. In line with this, the parasympathetic nervous system experiences reduced activity such as decrease in digestion.

What is the thinnest film (but not zero) that produces a strong reflection for green light with a wavelength of 500 nm ?
Marizza181 [45]

The thinnest film (but not zero) that produces a strong reflection for green light with a wavelength of 500 nm is 200 nm.

The wavelength of mild, λ = 500 nm

= 500 x 10^-9 m

Refractive index of oil, n1 = 1.25

Refractive index of water, n2 = 1.33

The thickness of the movie, d =?

For a sturdy mirrored image, m = 1

Wavelength, λ= 2 n1 d / m

Thickness, d = λ m / 2 n1

= 500 x 10 -9 * 1 / ( 2 * 1.25 )

= two hundred x 10 -nine m

= 2 hundred nm.

Wavelength is the gap between the same factors (adjacent crests) within the adjacent cycles of a waveform signal propagated in space or alongside a wire. In wireless systems, this duration is usually specified in meters (m), centimeters (cm), or millimeters (mm).

Wavelength may be defined as the space between two successive crests or troughs of a wave. it is measured within the route of the wave.

Wavelength is the distance among two adjacent crests or troughs of a waveform signal propagated in space or along a wire. The wavelength of a wave is usually specified in meters (m), centimeters (cm), or millimeters (mm). The wavelength is inversely related to frequency.
