Each friend got 3 cookies

3 0

Answer: 3 cookies

Step-by-step explanation:

Let each friend get cookies  = x

If there are 7 friends in the picnic, then the cookies are eaten by friends = 7x

Since, after distributing the cookies 3 cookies left,

Thus, the total number of cookies = 7x + 3

But, the total number of cookies = 24

⇒ 7x + 3 = 24

⇒ 7x = 21

⇒ x = 3

Hence, one friend gets cookies = 3.

andrew-mc [135]

Answer:

216

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula of finding the surface is length * width * height or LxWxH.

Since everything is 6 you just multiply 6*6*6 which gives you 36*6 which gets you 216. You don't need the top 6 just to find the surface she will paint.

Hope this helps!

How many square feet of outdoor carpet will we need for this hole ?
mezya [45]
To start solving, separate this shape into 2 separate shapes. The dimensions of the smaller shape are 2 by 3 feet. The dimensions of the larger one are 3 by 11 feet. To find the area of an object, multiply its dimensions. Therefore, you multiply 2 by 3 and 3 by 11. You will get the products 6 and 33. Since we are still working within the same shape, however, you add the products together. You get 39. Therefore, 39 ft. squared is the answer.
