I think Sikhism appealed to many Indians in the past because it emphasized more on equality. Sikhist believed in one good and that people, regardless of their standing in the Indian caste system, regardless of gender, Muslim, Buddhist or Hindu, they are equal in the eyes of one god.

He enlisted volunteers for an experiment and transformed a Stanford basement into a fake prison. Six would be on call, nine would be guards, and nine would be inmates. He took on the role of superintendent.

What is The Milgram Experiment?

 • The Milgram experiment sought to determine how far people would go to comply with authority figures' commands.
 • An researcher instructed the participants to shock a different person with electric shocks that got stronger. The participants were unaware that the shocks were phony and that the person receiving them was an actor.
 • Even though the person being shocked shouted in pain, the majority of volunteers still followed instructions.

What is Milgram’s Legacy?

According to Milgram's interpretation of his studies, regular individuals are capable of doing the inconceivable under specific conditions. Although these applications are by no means commonly recognized or agreed upon, his study has been used to explain tragedies like the Holocaust and the Rwandan genocide.

The Stanford Prison Experiment (SPE) was created to investigate how participants' responses and behaviors changed throughout the course of a two-week simulation of a prison environment. Helen [10]

Answer:

C). Below the National Average.

Explanation:

Social standing is demonstrated as the rank, class, status, or position that an individual or group possesses in society.

As per the question, the overall social standing(class, rank, or status of people in the society) of Native Americans is 'below the national average' as they have been treated inferior by the British settlers and discriminated for years on the basis of class, race, and ethnicity. Thus, they possess a below-average position or status in society as compared to the new settlers. Thus, option C is the correct answer.
