The Angios rely on animals to pollinate them, by eating their fruit and then exposing the seed to grow in soil wherever they take it. Gymno means "naked seed" so these cone structures fall by wind gusts and grow where they land if fertile soil be present where they fall. Therefore the correct answer is:
