The question is asking about your own experience, so you should best answer about yourself.

But I can help you by providing my own example:

I know a general practitioner in the UK. (a  medical doctor that is not a specialist, but can be seen as a first contact doctor).

I asked her what happens to veins after an injury - if they can't be properly stitched together. She answered that while those vessels would eventually dissappear, the vessels next to them would grow bigger and compensate by providing more blood to the region.

How can applying health-enhancing skills positively impact your overall wellbeing?
podryga [215]

Answer:

Answer:

Health is more than the absence of disease; it is a resource that allows people to realize their aspirations, satisfy their needs and to cope with the environment in order to live a long, productive, and fruitful life. In this sense, health enables social, economic and personal development fundamental to well-being.

Why is wellbeing so important?

Feelings of wellbeing are fundamental to the overall health of an individual, enabling them to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve what they want out of life. Past experiences, attitudes and outlook can all impact wellbeing as can physical or emotional trauma following specific incidents.
