Which type of energy is stored in a capacitor? electric potential energy chemical energy gravitational energy heat energy
Tom [10]

Energy stored in a capacitor is Electric Potential Energy. Capacitor is device used for storing energy. The work done to charge is a capacitor is stored in it in the form of Electrical potential energy. Electrical potential energy is defined as capacity to do work due to the position change. For example, we know fans have capacitor installed in it. When we turn off the fan, it continue moving using the electrical energy stored in the capacitor.

initially, a bowl holds 15 m^3 of water. an object is dropped into the bowl and the new volume of the water is 25 m^3. what is t
marusya05 [52]

Explanation:

The new volume of water = 25 ml

The old volume of water = 15 ml

The difference = 25 - 15 but what are the units?

Since the question asks for force, the units must start out as 10 mL

In water 1 mL has a mass of 1 gram, so the answer is 10 grams.

Grams are units of mass, not weight. You should convert this into newtons.

10 grams = 1/1000 = 0.01 kg

1 kg has a weight of 9.81 Newtons

0.01 kg has a weight 0.081 Newtons

If you have never seen a Newton before, then the answer is 10 grams

Which of the following are thought to be rapidly rotating neutron stars with intense magnetic fields? Choose one answer.a. pulsa
frutty [35]

Answer: Pulsars

A pulsar is a neutron star that emits very intense electromagnetic radiation at short and periodic intervals ( rotating really fast) due to its intense magnetic field that induces this emission.

Nevertheless, it is important to note that all pulsars are neutron stars, but not all neutron stars are pulsars.

Let's clarify:

A neutron star, is the name given to the remains of a supernova. In itself it is the result of the gravitational collapse of a massive supergiant star after exhausting the fuel in its core.

Neutron stars have a small size for their very high density and they rotate at a huge speed.

However, the way to know that a pulsar is a neutron star is because of its high rotating speed.
