Answer:

Explanation:

We shall apply Pascal's law here to find the solution .According to this law if we apply a pressure on a particular area over an in-compressible liquid it gets transferred to other point inside or over the surface of the liquid without getting diminished.

in the present case force is applied on a car to crush it which is enormous in magnitude. This force is 20000 N, which is also called output force  Let the surface on which car is placed be A₂. We apply input force F₁ at other point over a small area be it A₁.

According to Pascal law ,

20000/ A₂ = F₁ / A₁

F₁ = 20000 X (A₁ / A₂)

= 20000 X 1/8

= 2500 N.

. Boa constrictor snakes have tiny pelvic girdles and leg bones within their bodies. Since these structures are not functional,
blondinia [14]

Those organic structures that do not seem to play any important biological function in the organism that possesses them are known as vestigial structures.

<h2>What is a vestigial structure?</h2>

A vestigial structure is one that has atrophied or lost its original function throughout the course of evolution.

  • It generally refers to those organic structures that were useful at some point, but are now practically or totally useless.

  • These structures are preserved as an inheritance of the evolutionary process, because at some point an ancestor of the current species had that structure, which was functional, but it ceased to be important and would end up atrophy.

Therefore, we can conclude that vestigial structures are structures that some organisms still conserve as an inheritance from their ancestors but that, for some reason or another, are no longer useful for the functioning of the same.

Andrei [34K]

Answer:

current I1 = current I2

Explanation:

since the wire is made up of the same material, from Kirchoff's current law sum of currents entering a particular node or segment of wire is equals to the sum of currents leaving that particular node or segment of wire

a student solving for the acceleration of an object has applied appropriate physics principles and obtained the expression a
kozerog [31]

Given:

Force, f = 12 \frac{kg-m}{sec^{2} }

Mass, m = 7 kg

Acceleration, a_{1} = 3\;\frac{m}{sec^{2} }

a = a_{1}+\frac{f}{m}

Substitute\;the\;values\;of\;f,\;m\;and\;a_{1}\;in\;the\;above\;equation,

a = 3+\frac{12}{7}

a = 3 + 1.714

Therefore, the acceleration is,

a = 4.714\;\frac{m}{sec^{2} }

<h3>Explain Acceleration?</h3>

An object's rate of changing its velocity is known as its acceleration, which is a vector quantity. If an object's velocity is changing, it is accelerating. When anything moves faster or slower in a straight line, it is said to have been accelerated. Even if the speed is constant, motion on a circle accelerates because the direction is always shifting.
