Someone with Emphysema will usually be diagnosed with COPD ( Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) This means their air sacs in there lungs are damaged and the inner walls of the the lungs are weakened and cause larger air spaces. This disease commonly causes bronchitis frequently, hard time breathing , lower immune system.

Its okay because I have depression also but something my counselor told me is not to think about it and think positive because its not good to think negative and also always take a breather but if you are in a bad mood then listen to music or draw or sing that what always help me and i bet it will help you too. :)
