Answer:

The new volume of the gas is 2 m³

Explanation:

It is given that,

Initial temperature, T_1=5\ K

Initial volume, V_1=1\ m^3

Final temperature, T_2=10\ K

We need to find the new volume. The Charles law gives the relation between the temperature and the volume of the gas.

i.e

V\propto T

\dfrac{V_1}{T_1}=\dfrac{V_2}{T_2}

V_2=\dfrac{V_1}{T_1}\times T_2

V_2=\dfrac{1}{5}\times 10

V_2=2\ m^3

So, the new volume of the gas is 2 m³. Hence, this is the required solution.

What is the connection between the liver (organ), UV radiation (sunlight), and bone tissue
Digiron [165]
The answer to this question would be: vitamin D

The UV is needed by the skin to make previtamin D3. Previtamin D3 or cholecalciferol made from the skin will be changed in the liver into 25- hydroxyvitamin D3 and then sent to the kidney to be changed into 1,25- dihydroxyvitamin D3. The last change in the kidney will active the vitamin D. Vitamin D has a role in the calcium absorption which was will strengthen the bone tissue.

A person struggles very hard to lift a large boulder. He puts in so much effort, he starts to sweat, his heart rate increases, a
Lesechka [4]
No, he did not perform any work. Work is when you’re using energy which results in a force. Even though he was tired and sweaty, he did not move the boulder. So therefore he did not perform any work.

When 10 N force applied at 30 degrees to the end of a 20 cm handle of a wrench, it was just able to loosen the nut. What magnitu
fredd [130]

Answer:

5N

Explanation:

To get the magnitude of the force would require to just loosen the nut, if the force apply perpendicularly at the end of the handle, we will have to resolve the force perpendicular to the wrench. Torque is the turning effect of a body or force about a point. It is similar to moments.

Torque = Force * radius

Note that the force must be perpendicular to the wrench. On resolving the force perpendicularly to the wrench, we will have to resolve the force to the vertical.

Fy = Fsinθ

Fy = 10sin30°

Fy = 10 * 0.5

Fy = 5N

Torque = Fy * r

Given Fy = 5N and r = 20cm = 0.2m

Torque = 5 * 0.2

Torque = 1Nm

Hence the magnitude of the force would require to just loosen the nut, if the force apply perpendicularly at the end of the handle is 5N

Two train tracks run parallel to each other, except for a short distance where they meet and become one track over a narrow brid
Darya [45]

Answer:

This situation is possible.

Explanation:

It is said in the problem that one morning two trains are speeding up from opposite directions onto the bridge. It may seem from this statement that the trains are arriving at the same time. But this should be a wrong assumption.

Because it is only said in the problem that the trains are passing the bridge on same morning. No explicit timing is given.

So it may so happen that both the trains pass the narrow bridge on the same morning but at two difeerent times, making no collision with each other.
