An equilateral triangle has a height of 3.32 cm. Draw the picture and use this information to determine the length of the sides
Westkost [7]

Answer:

The answer is a=b=c=3.833 cm

Explanation:

Lets call the variables a=side a b=side b c=side c

We have that the formula of the equilateral triangle for its height is:

1)h=(1/2)*root(3)*a

2) If we resolve the equation we have

2.1)2h=root(3)*a

2.2)(2h/root(3))=a

3) After the replacement of each value we have that

a=2*3.32/1.73205

a=3.833 cm

And we know that the equilateral triangle has the same value for each side so a=b=c=3.833 cm

The molecule arrangement of ice, water and steam are very different. _______ has the most ordered arrangement, ______ has the ne
Elis [28]

Answer

A) Ice, water, steam

Explanation

Ice is inform of a solid. Solids have particles that are tightly packed and they are in a regular pattern. For this reason they have the most ordered arrangement.

Water is a liquid. It has particles that are closely together but they are not in regular arrangement. For this reason they are next after ice.

Steam is in gaseous state. Gases have particles that are well separated with no definite arrangement. Hence they are the least in the order of molecule arrangement.

Name the force between the brakes and the wheel that does work to slow down the vehicle when the breaks are applied
Studentka2010 [4]
Answer: Frictional force

Explanation: When a force is applied to the brakes, there is friction between the brakes and the wheel. This reduces the kinetic energy of the vehicle, slowing it down and causing the temperature of the brakes to increase.
