I think so because if she/he has 100 gallons and she/he drives 35 miles than she would have to waist but still have some gas left to use

100 times 35=3500
She can go 3500 miles on the free gas.
She can go round trip to see her cousin on free gas because 1650+1650 is less than 3500

Find the volume of this composite figure and explain how you got your answer
Damm [24]
To solve this, we work out the volume of the two shapes (the cuboid and the pyramid) and then add them together.

We get the volume of the cuboid by multiplying the base by the width by the length:

Volume of cuboid = 6 x 6 x 4

                               = 144m³

Now to get the volume of the pyramid, we multiply the base by the length by the height, and then we divide by three.

Volume of pyramid = 6 x 6 x 8
÷ 3
                                    = 96m³
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Answer:
Now that we know the two volumes, we simply add them together:

144 + 96 = 240m³

So the volume of the composite sold is 240m³

If A and B are two angles in standard position in Quadrant I, find cos( A + B) for the given function values.
Naddik [55]
You have to find the cos of angle A, so use the Pythagorean equation and trig laws to find the other side of the triangle created by angle A. 3^2 + x^2 = 5^2. x=4. This means cos(A) = 4/5). Make both cos (A) and cos (B) have equal denominators, and add. 148/185 + 60/185 = 208/185. This answer is correct, though it doesn’t appear to be any of the answers you wrote, so either those answers are wrong or you wrote something incorrectly in the problem.

Selling rate

1 U.S. dollar = NRs.104.32

How many American dollar can be exchanged withNRs.57, 376

Purchase rate

1 U.S. dollar = NRs.103.72

Amount of U.S. dollar = NRs.57, 376 / NRs.103.72

= 553.18164288468

Approximately

553.18 U.S dollar

Purchase rate = 553.18 U.S dollar

Selling rate

1 U.S. dollar = NRs.104.32

Amount of U.S. dollar = NRs.57, 376 / NRs. 104.32
