You want to start out with something slow. After that, slowly increase the warm up with a little more intensity. After that, you can stretch because your muscles are warmed up

Answer:

The warm-up seems to get the kinks out of my body, but the movements are low-intensity. Then things ramp up gradually into the cardio. It’s a lot like warming up your car on a cold winter morning. The strength training is where it all happens, and you break a sweat. Some of my friends would have trouble with that part, I think. Finally, flexibility is all about stretching. That’s where you can stop your body, gather your thoughts, and focus directly on your muscles.
