You want to start out with something slow. After that, slowly increase the warm up with a little more intensity. After that, you can stretch because your muscles are warmed up

Answer:

The warm-up seems to get the kinks out of my body, but the movements are low-intensity. Then things ramp up gradually into the cardio. It’s a lot like warming up your car on a cold winter morning. The strength training is where it all happens, and you break a sweat. Some of my friends would have trouble with that part, I think. Finally, flexibility is all about stretching. That’s where you can stop your body, gather your thoughts, and focus directly on your muscles.

do you think that PE should be an elective course (one that students can choose to take), or should it be required? What about h
Greeley [361]

Answer:

I think it should be required. Since it can help encourage a healthy life style, it can help prevent you from getting as sick (since physical activity can help increase your immune system, and help reduce the risk of certain diseases like heart diseases.

However with health class I think it should be elective. Since not everyone will need to know about health, like if you become an engineer health class will not help with that.
