478 divided 16 using partial quotients
Rainbow [258]
In partial quotients, it need several steps before it can find the quotient.

Example :
      16 | 478 |
                  - 320 | 20
                   158 |
                   -144 | 9
                     12

Since 12 is less than 16, it now became a remainder

so the answer is 29 R 12

hope this helps

PLEASE HELP ME FAST! THIS IS A SIMPLE TRIG PROBLEM BUT I SKIPPED CLASS.
NikAS [45]

we can factor the whole thing:

(2sin(x) -1)(sin(x)+1) = 0.

Therefore, sin(x) = -1 and sin(x) = 1/2.

For the first one x = 3π/2 and the second is π/6 and 5π/6

So 3π/2, π/6 and 5π/6 are the solutions.

I do kind of have a problem with this because it doesn't mention if you should go over 360°. Otherwise, you have to add in an 2nπ into the equations like 3π/2 + 2nπ; n \in \mathbb{W}

but I don't know if that is necessary for you.

How many terms are in the polynomial abcd + e-n2?
two
three
five
six
ELEN [110]

Answer: There are 3 terms

Step-by-step explanation: You count the abcd as 1 term because it is all multiplied together, the e term is counted as another term, so there are 2 terms, and the n2 term is counted as a term getting you 3 terms in total.
