An equation in point slope form (2,1) and has a slope of m=2
Svet_ta [14]

Answer:

y=2x-3

Step-by-step explanation:

<em>Since we know that the slope-intercept form is </em><em>y=mx+b</em><em>, we can plug in the formula with what we already know to find b!</em>

<em>In the coordinates (2,1): </em>

  • 2 is the x
  • 1 is the y

<em>Now, we will plug these numbers in:</em>

1=2*2+b

1=4+b

b=-3

<em>Now we can rewrite the equation since we found b:</em>

y=2x-3

Hope this helped! :)

I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ainat [17]

Answer:

See explanation below.

Step-by-step explanation:

A number bond shows what two parts add to make the number. The 1 in the bigger circle is equal to the two small circles each 1/2.

On the number line you have drawn from 0 to 1 a bar. This is the whole number. Divide the bar with one line exactly at the half.

This now shows that two bars or 1/2 + 1/2 becomes 1 big bar or 1. This shows the same relationship as the number bond.

Kayla needs $14,000 worth of new equipment for his shop. He can borrow this money at a discount rate of 10% for a year.
arlik [135]

Answer:

$15400

Step-by-step explanation:

Principle amount, P = $14000

Time, T = 1 year

Rate of interest, R = 10%

We know that maturity amount,

A = P\left (1+\frac{R}{100} \right )^{n}

where n is number of years

A = P\left (1+\frac{R}{100} \right )^{n}

A = 14000\left (1+\frac{10}{100}\right )^{1}

A = 14000\left (1+\frac{1}{10}\right )

A = 14000\left (\frac{11}{10}\right )

A = 15400

The maturity amount is $15400
