N/2+5=3

move +5 to the other side

sign changes from +5 to -5

N/2+5-5= 3-5

N/2= -2

Mutiply both sides by 2/1

N/2*2/1 - Cross out 2 and 2 , divide by 2 then becomes N

-2(2)/1= -4/1= -4

N= -4

Answer : N= -4

100 BRAINLY POINTS!!!
BARSIC [14]

Answer:

C)   y=-0.5x+8

Step-by-step explanation:

Line of best fit (trendline) : a line through a scatter plot of data points that best expresses the relationship between those points.

All the given options for the line of best fit are linear equations.

Therefore, we can add the line of best fit to the graph (see attached), remembering to have roughly the same number of points above and below the line.

Linear equation:  y=mx+b

(where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept)

From inspection of the line of best fit, we can see that the y-intercept (where x = 0) is approximately 8.  So this suggests that options C or D are the solution.

We can also see that the slope (gradient) of the line of best fit is approximately -0.5 (as the rate of change (y/x) is -1 unit of y for every +2 units of x).

Therefore, C is the solution, and the closet approximation to the line of best fit is y=-0.5x+8

What is the simplest fraction forms for the ratio of 150 to250
lora16 [44]
First You would divide both numbers by ten to get 15 and 25. Then you realize that both numbers are divisible by 5 so you divide both sides you then end up with 3 to 5 which is your answer.

Lim x approaches 0 (1+2x)3/sinx
jok3333 [9.3K]

Interpreting your expression as

\dfrac{3(1+2x)}{\sin(x)}

when x approaches zero, the numerator approaches 3:

3(1+2x) \to 3(1+2\cdot 0) = 3(1+0) = 3\cdot 1 = 3

The denominator approaches 0, because \sin(0)=0

Moreover, we have

\displaystyle \lim_{x\to 0^-} \sin(x) = 0^-,\quad \displaystyle \lim_{x\to 0^+} \sin(x) = 0^+

So, the limit does not exist, because left and right limits are different:

\displaystyle \lim_{x\to 0^-} \dfrac{3(1+2x)}{\sin(x)}= \dfrac{3}{0^-} = -\infty,\quad \displaystyle \lim_{x\to 0^+}\dfrac{3(1+2x)}{\sin(x)}= \dfrac{3}{0^+} = +\infty
