Answer:

Carbohydrates are the sugars, starches and fibers found in fruits, grains, vegetables and milk products.

Fiber is a carbohydrate that the body can't digest. It's found in the plants we eat — fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes. Fiber can be soluble or insoluble: Soluble fiber dissolves in water. It helps lower cholesterol and improve blood sugar control.

protein is nutrient found in food (as meat, milk, eggs, and beans) that is made up of many amino acids joined together, is a necessary part of the diet, and is essential for normal cell structure and function.

Cholesterol is a type of fat found in your blood. Your liver makes cholesterol for your body. You also can get cholesterol from the foods you eat. Meat, fish, eggs, butter, cheese, and milk all have cholesterol in them. Fruits, vegetables, and grains (like oatmeal) don't have any cholesterol.

Vitamins are a group of substances that are needed for normal cell function, growth, and development. There are 13 essential vitamins. This means that these vitamins are required for the body to work properly.

They are found on Earth's surface as well as deep underground. Minerals are inorganic substances, meaning that they do not come from an animal or a plant. Mineralogy is the science of minerals. ... Some of the most common minerals are metals—for example, gold, silver, copper, and platinum.

Anyone who has lost weight, what were the things that helped you the most? Albeit motivational things, or actual tips to lose we
natali 33 [55]

Answer:

Explanation:

I had really good success with a low-carb, high protein diet. The two biggest dieting tips I've found are to invest time into food prep so you have meals that are easy to make and it's easier to not say "I don't feel like cooking, I'm gonna go to McDonalds" and to keep healthy snacks around (I like raw veggies, roasted chicken, and sugar-free jello) because it's a lot easier to eat healthy snacks than to force yourself not to eat. I've also found a crock pot to be an invaluable tool for dieting because it's super easy to quickly make healthy meals with one.

According to the dietary guidelines, adults should _intake of fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products.
LUCKY_DIMON [66]

The dietary guidelines for adults recommend the equivalent of 3 cups per day of fat free (skim) milk.

<h3>What is fat free milk?</h3>

Skim milk, also known as fat-free or nonfat milk, has no fat.

The processing reduces the calories and slightly alters the taste of the milk, whereas whole milk is cow's milk that has not had its fat content removed. The milk is slightly thick and retains its fat (about 3.5 percent).

Reduced-fat milk has a fat content of 2%.

Whole milk contains a variety of fats and cholesterol, whereas low fat milk contains less fat and cholesterol. Whole milk contains fats and cholesterol in addition to calcium. Low fat milk, on the other hand, provides less fat and cholesterol as well as calcium.
