How many atoms of hydrogen are in two moles of ch4?
ziro4ka [17]
There are four Hydrogen atoms in one molecule of Methane (CH₄).
And there are 6.022×10²³ molecules in 1 mole of CH₄.
So,
Number of Hydrogen atoms is 1 mole of CH₄ are,

                      =  6.022 × 10²³ × 4

                      =  2.4 ×10²⁴ Hydrogen Atoms

Now calculating for 2 moles,

As,
                   1 mole of CH₄ contains = 2.4 ×10²⁴ Hydrogen Atom
Then,
             2 moles of CH₄ will contain = X Hydrogen Atoms

Solving for X,
                          X  =  (2 moles × 2.4 ×10²⁴ Hydrogen Atom) ÷ 1 mole

                          X  =  4.8 × 10²⁴ Hydrogen Atoms

Round the following answer correctly. 5.40m x 3.21m x 1.871m = 32.431914 m^3
Klio2033 [76]
The answer is 32.43 because when you round the number next to the hunthers place (witch in this problem would be the 1) has to be 5 or hight to raise the number to the left of it and if it is lower you just take the two number and that is your answer.

Which actions represent endothermic reactions? Check all that apply. an instant ice pack becoming cold, splitting a gas molecule
DerKrebs [107]
Answer is: an instant ice pack becoming cold, splitting a gas molecule and baking bread.

Endothermic reaction is chemical reaction that absorbs more energy than it releases.
In ice pack, reaction absorbs heat from the surroundings (endothermic reaction), lowering the surrounding temperature.
For splitting molecule and baking bread we must add energy to break bonds between atoms.
