Sedentary activities would be sitting down, and being a couch potato
So the main difference in the 4 answer choices would be that 1 is sitting down 
And the other 3 would be moving around. 

Jogging  (moving around)
playing video games (sitting down)
playing basketball (moving around)
riding your bicycle ( moving around)
