false. when a person stands with a wound that is pushing out blood it is best to cut circulation and have the victim lay on their back to stop blood loss.

False, If you leave a wound open and it is bleeding you may pass out from blood loss. Applying pressure and waiting for your cells to heal your skin would be the best option. Sitting down also helps, standing up to increase blood flow will not help the wound.
