Three charges are located at 100-m intervals along a horizontal line: a charge of –3.0 C on the left, 2.0 C in the middle, and 1

.0 C on the right. What is the electric field on the horizontal line halfway between the –3.0 C and 2.0 C charges?

Answer:

1.84 x 10^7 N/C

Explanation:

Let q 1 = - 3 C, q2 = 2 C, q3 = 1 C

Electric field at P due to q1 is E1, due to q2 is E2 and due to q3 is E3.

E1 = k (3) / (50)^2 = 9 x 10^9 x 3  / 2500 = 108 x 10^5 N/C

E2 = k (2) / (50)^2 = 9 x 10^9 x 2 / 2500 = 72 x 10^5 N/C

E3 = k (1) / (150)^2 = 9 x 10^9 x 1 / 22500 = 4 x 10^5 N/C

Resultant electric field at P is given by

E = E1 + E2 + E3 = (108 + 72 + 4) x 10^5 = 184 x 10^5 = 1.84 x 10^7 N/C

Im doing the BIg Bang for my project anyone know what it is, make it a ¨question¨ and an experiment.
Daniel [21]
The big bang is a theory of our universe and many others along with making our solar system. Meanwhile, in other universes have are solar system as well that is why we see stars at night because the sun and it's rays are so bright during the day it blocks them out.

How much heat must be removed from 456 g of water at 25.0°C to change it into ice at - 10.0°C ? The specific heat of ice is 2090
cupoosta [38]

Answer:209.98 kJ

Explanation:

mass of water m=456 gm

Initial Temperature of Water T_i=25^{\circ}C

Final Temperature of water T_f=-10^{\circ}C

specific heat of ice c=2090 J/kg-K

Latent heat L=33.5\times 10^4 J/kg

specific heat of water c_{water}=4.184 KJ/kg-K

Heat require to convert water at T=25^{\circ}C to T=0^{\circ}C

Q_1=0.456\times 4.184\times (25-0)=47.69 kJ

Heat require to convert water at T=0^{\circ} to ice at T=0^{\circ}

Q_2=m\times L=0.456\times 33.5\times 10^4=152.76 kJ

heat require to convert ice at T=0^{\circ} C\ to\ T=-10^{\circ} C

Q_3=0.456\times 2090\times (0-(-10))=9.53 kJ

Total heat Q=Q_1+Q_2+Q_3

Q=47.69+152.76+9.53=209.98 kJ

15. Using 3 – 4 sentences, explain, in your own words, two ways you could cause an electrical current using only a wire and a ho
never [62]
An electric current will start to form when a part of the wire is within a magnetic field. Using the magnet you could put the whole wire into the magnetic field of the magnet and move it across the magnet so that a current starts to run.

Another way you could do it is to make the wire so that it looks like a coil and stick the magnet in the middle of the coil of wire. This will cause an induced current in the coil of wire.

What is the domain theory of ferromagnetism?
Margaret [11]
A region within a magnetic material in which magnetization is in a uniform direction this means the individual magnetic moments of the atoms are aligned with one another and they point the same direction. when cooled bwlow a temperature called the curie temperature the magnetization of a piece of ferromagnetic material.<span />
