I would say that this is true. Behavior plays a huge role in you physical fitness as part of your behavior includes your motivational skills. The enviroment can also greatly influence your physical fitness. For example, if you live in a somewhat isolated area with beautiful scenery and trails you will be more apt to hike as opposed to living in a big city. Finally your heredity also influences your physical fitness as certain traits may be passed on to you from your parents like height for example. If you are tall you will be more likely to play certain sports like basketball and volleyball. There are other examples where heredity plays into your physical fitness like if any hereditary diseases were passed on to you but for the likely hood of not being here for 5 hours typing I'm just going to conclude with saying that this statement is very true.

There are many different factors that affect physical fitness. We can control some factors, but not all of them. The factor that we can control such as lifestyle, diet, behavior, and environment. Heredity, gender, and age are factors that we can't control.

Physical fitness is a combination of many components, including muscle strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

How do the three factors above influence physical fitness ?

<u>1. Heredity </u>

Factors that we inherited from our parents like posture and size is the heredity factor. This factor plays a role in muscular strength, flexibility, and aerobic endurance. We can't control these factor.

<u>2. Behavior </u>

Behavior or lifestyle is an important factor that affects physical fitness. Lifestyles such as regular exercise, proper training, a well-balanced diet, enough rest and relaxation will help someone to have good physical fitness.  

<u>3 Environment </u>

Factors like climate, temperature and social can affect physical activity. People who live in the city will choose a different activity from those who live in the country. People who live near smoker also increasing the chance to get some health problems.
