Is this a multi choice question ?

The obvious choice is dairy. When i broke my foot i was diagnosed with osteoporsis and i had to drink a lot of milk to try to help the bone grow back correctly.

Think of foods rich in calcium and vitamin D.

other good examples include : dark leafy greens (My favorites being spinach and kale), fish like salmon and tuna (canned fish has more calcium which is why i used to get a lot of canned tuna), eggs (the yolks are high in vitamin D), soy milk, juices (orange and apple juice), cheese and liver.

How can bacteria be both good and bad. Give examples of each
valentina_108 [34]

Our body needs some kinds of bacteria to maintain a balanced and healthy state. for example, our bodies need Lactobacillus acidophilus to create lactic acid which is the acid in our stomachs/intestines. without it, we wouldnt be able to properly digest our food.

there are some cases in which bacteria can be really harmful however like salmonella which, odviously isnt ideal for our bodies. even good bacteria can hurt us if we end up with to much of it.

this isnt a super detailed explaination but i hope it helped!
