Answer:

5. -14    6. 44

Step-by-step explanation

5.the square root of 4 is 16, 2-16 gives you a result of -14

6.the square root of 6 is 36, 36 - (- 8) is 44 because the two negative signs form a positive one so you just have to add 36 + 8 = 44

I plugged this into photo math, but apparently I have to pay to find out how to get the answer. can you guys help me out?
dimulka [17.4K]

Photo math is charging?   We don't need it.  We factor the difference of two squares.

\dfrac{5t^2-500}{t+10} = \dfrac{5(t^2- 100)}{t+10} = \dfrac{5(t-10)(t+10)}{t+10} = 5(t-10) = 5t-50

Answer: 5t-50

Graph the function y = x3 + 6x2 + 2x – 11. Based on the graph, what is the largest possible x-value if y = 0?
professor190 [17]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The graph is done using Desmos. Just by substitution x = 1 will force the graph to go to y = 0, but graphs are not always that good. This one gets 1.111

to get y = 0. I'd use 1 if you had to answer it and a computer will mark it.
