Answer:

θ = 225 rad

Explanation:

given data

angle = 25 rad

to find out

angular velocity after 3t?

solution

let angular acceleration α in t

θ = ω × t + 0.5 × α × t²        ........................1

here ω  = 0 (initial velocity )

so put this value here

25 = 0 + 0.5 × α × t²             ..........................2

α = 25 ÷ (0.5 t²)

α = 50 ÷ t²                            .........................3

now here we take in 3t

θ = ω × 3t + 0.5 × α × (3t)²

for ω  = 0

θ = 0 + 0.5 × α × 9t²

now put value in eq 2

so

θ = (0.5) ×  (50 ÷ t²) ×  (3t)²

θ = 25 × 9

θ = 225 rad

A ship sets sail from Rotterdam, The Netherlands, heading due north at 8.00 m/s relative to the water. The local ocean current i
Nuetrik [128]

Answer:

The velocity of the ship relative to the earth V = 9.05 \frac{m}{s}

Explanation:

The local ocean current is  = 1.52 m/s

Direction \theta = 40°

Velocity component in X - direction V_{x} = 1.52 \cos 40°

V_{x} = 1.164 \frac{m}{s}

Velocity component in Y - direction V_{y} = 8 + 1.52 \sin 40°

V_{y} = 8.97 \frac{m}{s}

The velocity of the ship relative to the earth

V = \sqrt{V_{x}^{2} + V_{y} ^{2}  }

Put the values of V_{x} and V_{y} we get,

⇒ V = \sqrt{1.164^{2} + 8.97 ^{2}  }

⇒ V = 9.05 \frac{m}{s}

This is the velocity of the ship relative to the earth.

A nerve impulse travels along a myelinated neuron at 90.1 m/s.<br> What is this speed in mi/h?
algol [13]

Answer:

201.5537 mph

Explanation:

Given the following data;

Speed = 90.1 m/s

Speed can be defined as distance covered per unit time. Speed is a scalar quantity and as such it has magnitude but no direction.

Mathematically, speed is given by the formula;

Speed = distance/time

To convert this value into miles per hour;

Conversion;

1 meter = 0.000621 mile

90.1 meters = 90.1 * 0.000621 = 0.05595 miles

1 metre per second = 2.237 miles per hour

90.1 meters per seconds = 90.1 * 2.237 = 201.5537 miles per hour

90.1 m/s = 201.5537 mph

The diagram shows a screwdriver being used as a lever to open a tin
Musya8 [376]

Answer:

(a) Most reactive {}       Metal B

{}                                    Metal D

{}                                    Metal A

Least reactive {}           Metal C

(b) (i) Bubbles should form very slowly

(ii) No reaction takes place

Explanation:

(a) The given metals arranged in their order of reactivity are;

Most reactive {}       Metal B

{}                               Metal D

{}                               Metal A

Least reactive {}      Metal C

The other of reactivity is based on the nature of their reactivity of the metals in air

(b) (i) Based on the reactivity of the metals in air, whereby metal A reacts very slowly and an oxide is formed, we have that, based on the reactivity of the metal A, when mixed with dilute hydrochloric acid, bubbles should form very slowly

(ii) Similarly, given that metal C is unreactive, we have that when small pieces of metal C are added to dilute hydrochloric acid, no reaction takes place.
