moles of NaOH = 10.1 / 40 = 0.2525

heat  = ΔH   x  moles

= 44.4 x 0.2525

= 11.21 kJ

total mass  = 10.1 + 250 = 260.1 g

Q  = m Cp dT

11211    = 260.1 x  4.18 x dT

dT  = 10.3

T2  = 10.3 + 23  = 33.3 °C

temperature = 33.3 ºC°
