12. Energy from the breaking of atomic bonds in molecules (ex: C4 explosion)
Korolek [52]

Answer:

endothermic energy or chemical energy

Explanation:

An endothermic process increases the enthalpy H of the system, during which the closed system (usually) absorbs thermal energy from its surroundings.

Chemical energy is the form of potential energy in which energy is stored in chemical bonds. The breaking of chemical bonds absorbs energy, while the formation of new bonds releases energy.

98 POINTS, 5 simple questions!! HELP
lozanna [386]

25,000 Feet = 7620m

PE = mgh where m is mass, g is gravity accel: 9.8 n h is height

= 90 x 9.8 x 7620

= 6720840J

= 6.72MJ

F = ma where m is mass, a is accel = gravity = 9.8

= 90 x 9.8

= 882N

Accel = gravity = 9.8m/s^2

KE = 1/2mv^2 where m is mass n v is vel

if no wind resistance, PE leaving airplane = KE at net

6720840 = 1/2 x 90 x v^2

v^2 = 149352

v = 386.5m/s

A child bounces a 51 g superball on the sidewalk. The velocity change of the super bowl is from 22 m/s downward to 14 m/s upward
noname [10]

Answer:

F=1.02x10^{-3} N

Explanation:

From the exercise we know:

m=51g*\frac{1kg}{1000g}=0.051kg

v_{1}=-22m/s

v_{2}=14m/s

t_{2}-t_{1}=1800s

So, the average acceleration is:

a=\frac{v_{2}-v_{1}}{t_{2}-t_{1}}=\frac{(14-(-22))m/s}{1800s}=0.02m/s^2

The average force is:

F=m*a=(0.051kg)(0.02m/s^2)=1.02x10^{-3} N

What are the benefits and harms of protists? WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST FOR THE PERFECT ANSWER
alina1380 [7]

Answer:

<em>Well, Many protists are harmful to humans, other animals and plants because they cause diseases and crop failures. However, some protists are actually beneficial to other creatures and are used by humans for various purposes. Plant-like protists produce almost one-half of the oxygen on the planet through photosynthesis. Other protists decompose and recycle nutrients that humans need to live. For example, medicines made from protists are used in treatment of high blood pressure, digestion problems, ulcers, and arthritis. Hope That Helps!</em>
