Breastfeeding lowers the risk of disease in the baby and the mother both such as diabetes, ear infection, gut and bowel problems, SIDS, and many more.

4. Breast milk promotes baby's healthy weight:

Breastfeeding helps in maintaining and providing the nutrition which helps to develop and gain weight.
