What effect do increasing amounts of greenhouse gases have on earth and the organisms that live here?
pickupchik [31]

Answer and Explanation:

The increasing amounts of greenhouse gases causes climate change and global warming, sea level rises and oceans become warmer.

When prolonged into the future and no actions are being taken; drastic droughts will happen which threatens agricultural in an extreme manner, wildlife living in the forests will be pressurized, and animals/organisms living in the ocean will be affected too due to rising temperature causing the reduced Oxygen effects.

The examples include: the melting of Arctic ice endangering the polar bears, fishes and aquatic marines will die at part of the oceans which has higher temperature (lack of oxygen), poorer regions will have adverse impacts on the human being due to agriculture deterioration and lack of proper system and social readiness to adapt to climate change.

To fight climate change, we must reduce carbon pollution (burning of coals which releases large carbon dioxide/monoxide etc.) through setting up of policies by multinational companies, greener business to reduce emissions, and help people to adapt to climate change or at least educate people about climate change.

An ideal transformer has 75 turns in the primary coil and n turns in the secondary coil. a 120 v rms 60hz ac voltage source is c
denpristay [2]

think you messed up the symbol for resistor as resistors are measured in ohms where the symbol used for ohms is Greek omega

solving for average power in secondary coil:

average power =(current rms)^2*resistance⇒with a little algebra:

current rms=(√average power/resistance)

current rms=√160W/10Ω

current rms=4amps.

average power is also equal to current rms*voltage rms

with some algebra we can solve for voltage in the secondary wire:

voltage rms= average power/ current rms

voltage rms= 160W/4A

voltage rms=40Volts

now that we have voltage in the soecondary we can solve for the amount of turns in the secondary: Voltage secondary/voltage primary=number of turns in secondary/ number of turns in primary. using some algerbra we can solve for number of turns in secondary: (Voltage secondary/voltage primary)*number of turns in primary=number of turns in secondary

(40V/120V)*75turns=number of turns in secondary

number of turns in secondary=25turns

describe how a physical property, such as mass or texture, can change without causing a change in the substance
kari74 [83]
On the mass subject you could simply change the weight, on the texture subject you could smooth it out like polishing fresh wood, or you could change the color of water with a drink-mix packet. Hope it helped!

Does the distance between two charged objects affect the force of attraction?
miv72 [106K]

Answer:

Both forces act along the line joining the objects like masses or charges. And both forces are inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the objects, this is known as the inverse-square law.
