Answer:

America’s biopharmaceutical companies are committed to developing solutions to help diagnose and treat those with, a disease caused by a novel strain of corona. In addition to applying their scientific expertise to find ways to diagnose, treat and prevent infections from the virus, the biopharmaceutical industry is providing financial support and in-kind donations to organizations and collaborating with U.S. and global health authorities to combat this global public health emergency. More than half of PhRMA members have R&D for potential treatments and vaccines under way or are providing donations of medicines and critical medical supplies as well as providing financial donations to support patients and first responders in addressing this evolving crisis.

Hope this helps :)

Hello!

This is an excellent question in light of the current pandemic.

You should follow all guidelines set by government/state officials.

Be sure to was your hands properly. This needs to be done for about 2 minutes. Try washing them while listening to your favorite song!

Stay away from others who are sick. Even if they aren't sick they might be carriers. This goes for you as well.

Cover coughs and sneezes. Use your shirt and put your face inside to properly cover. Covering with your hands is just nasty and spreads germs.

Hope this helps you out fam!

The nurse developed a plan of care for an adolescent who is receiving chemotherapy for lymphoma and has developed stomatitis. Wh
FrozenT [24]

Answer: the adolescent might say, "I will rinse my mouth every 2-4 hours with baking soda and water."

Explanation:

White patches on the tongue and oral mucosa indicate oral candidiasis and the adolescent should report the presence of this to their physician but should not attempt to remove them. Using a hard bristle toothbrush can cause trauma to the mucous membranes of the mouth and the client should be instructed to use a soft bristle brush. Rinsing the mouth every 2 to 4 hours with a nonirritating solution, such as baking soda and water or normal saline solution helps prevent stomatitis. The client should avoid commercial mouthwashes with alcohol, which may dry out the mucous membranes.

Insulin is to glucagon as
grandymaker [24]
Wet is to dry

Insulin works 'opposite' to glucagon in that insulin lowers blood sugar (glucose) levels by 'opening' the body's cells to allow glucose to enter them so that it can be used to create energy.
