On Earth, in the places at the <u>north and south pole</u>, water exists in ice or glacier form, in the <u>atmosphere</u> it exists in vapor form and liquid water exists on the <u>surface</u> in the form of oceans, lakes and rivers. It also exists below ground as <u>groundwater</u>, in wells and aquifers. Water collects in clouds, then falls to Earth in the form of <u>rain or snow</u>,

it takes 513 kj to remove a mole of electrons from the atoms at the surface of a piece of metal. how much energy does it take to
schepotkina [342]

Answer:

The right solution is "8.5\times 10^{-19} \ joule".

Explanation:

As we know,

1 mole electron = 6.023\times 10^{23} \ no. \ of \ electrons

Total energy = 513 \ KJ

                     = 513\times 1000 \ joule

For single electron,

The amount of energy will be:

= \frac{513\times 1000}{(6.023\times 10^{23})}

= 8.5\times 10^{-19} \ joule

When iodobenzene codistills with water at 760 toor, the boiling point of the mixture is 98.5. the vapor pressure of water is?
katrin [286]
<span>This was one of the old regents. I didn't get this at first glance too so I searched for it and I got this site. lol. I know what to do now. To get a higher boiling point, you have to find which solution has the most moles. Since SO4, PO4, and NO3 are all polyatomic ions, they only count as one mole. </span>
