Answer: The air pressure would build up resulting in a high air density.

Explanation: Heat energy builds up air pressure. And if you surround it with bubble wrap, that air pressure will have nowhere to release to. And so because of that, high air density occurs.

Answer:

2KOH(aq) + H2SO4(aq) ⇒ K2SO4(aq) + 2H2O(l)

Explanation:

The reaction is a neutralization reaction since an acid, aqeous H2SO4 reacts completely with an appropriate amount of alkali, aqueous KOH to produce salt, aqueous K2SO4 and liquid water, H2O only.

2KOH(aq) + H2SO4(aq) ⇒ K2SO4(aq) + 2H2O(l)

Alkali + Acid → Salt + Water.

During this reaction, 2 moles of KOH neutralize 1 mole of H2SO4 to yield 1 mole of K2SO4 and 2 moles of H2O.

A uniform plank of length 5.0 m and weight 225 n rests horizontally on two supports, with 1.1 m of the plank hanging over the ri
likoan [24]
<span>0.7 meters from the support, or 0.4 meters from the end of the board. Another way of describing the problem is to have the 450 N person move so that the center of mass of the plank and person system is on the second support. So let's first determine how far from that support the center of mass of the plank is. We can model the plank as a point mass source that's 2.5 meters from either end. So that point mass is 2.5-1.1 = 1.4 meters from the pivot. So let's multiply that radius by the mass, getting: 1.4 m * 225 N = 315 Nm Now the person will be at just the tipping point when their mass multiplied by the distance equal 315. So let's do the division. 315 Nm / 450 N = 0.7 m So the person will be at the tipping point when he's 0.7 meter from the support, or 1.1 - 0.7 = 0.4 meters from the end of the board.</span>

A proton, an alpha particle (a bare helium nucleus), and a singly ionized helium atom are accelerated through a potential differ
ra1l [238]

Answer:

The correct question is:

"Find the energy each gains"

The energy gained by a charged particle accelerated through a potential difference is given by

\Delta U = q\Delta V

where

q is the charge of the particle

\Delta V is the potential difference

For a proton,

q=+e=1.6\cdot 10^{-19}C

And since \Delta V=100 V

The energy gained by the proton is

\Delta U=(1.6\cdot 10^{-19})(100)=1.6\cdot 10^{-17}J

For an alpha particle,

q=+2e=3.2\cdot 10^{-19}C

Therefore, the energy gained is

\Delta U=(3.2\cdot 10^{-19})(100)=3.2\cdot 10^{-17}J

Finally, for a singly ionized helium nucleus (a helium nucleus that has lost one electron)

q=+e=1.6\cdot 10^{-19}C

So the energy gained is the same as the proton:

\Delta U=(1.6\cdot 10^{-19})(100)=1.6\cdot 10^{-17}J
