Answer and Explanation:

Well since it's just basic graphing, all you have to do is plot the points.  The graph counts by 2, so -7 will be in between -6 and -8.  Then, since the next number is positive, you will need to count up 7 spaces from that point, (so that your final point in up 7 spaces from -7 spaces)  Hope that made sense!

Answer:

<em></em>P(Even) = 0.547<em></em>

<em></em>

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

\begin{array}{ccccccc}{Sides} & {1} & {2} & {3} & {4} & {5} & {6} \ \\ {Freq} & {42} & {51} & {39} & {52} & {44} & {48} \ \end{array}

Required

P(Even)

The even sides are: 2, 4, 6

So:

P(Even) = P(2) + P(4) + P(6)

This is then calculated as:

P(Even) = \frac{n(2)}{Total} + \frac{n(4)}{Total} + \frac{n(6)}{Total}

Replace n(2), n(4), n(6) with their frequencies

P(Even) = \frac{51}{Total} + \frac{52}{Total} + \frac{48}{Total}

The total frequency is:

Total =42+51+39+52+44+48

Total =276

So:

P(Even) = \frac{51}{Total} + \frac{52}{Total} + \frac{48}{Total}

P(Even) = \frac{51}{276} + \frac{52}{276} + \frac{48}{276}

Take LCM

P(Even) = \frac{51+52+48}{276}

P(Even) = \frac{151}{276}

<em></em>P(Even) = 0.547<em> --- approximated</em>
