((Fyi ik this answer is l8 but I'm just going to help others on here))

This is what the question actually says: Mark and John were sharing the $10 cost to rent some video games with another friend. Mark paid $3, John paid 2/5 of the total, and their friend paid the rest.

Who paid the most towards the rental?

The answer would be John

<em>John paid 2/5 </em>or $4 of the total amount since 10 divided by 5 is 2, so if he paid 2/5 of the amount, it would be $4 dollars,

If you add Johns amount to Mark's, it'll be $7 dollars, so the other friend also paid $3 dollars for a total of $10 dollars!

As you can see, John paid the most out of the rental the friends shared.

Hope this helps!! :D

Sean b= 5,79; c= 10,4,el angulo A= 54,46°, el angulo C mide ?
Rzqust [24]

Answer:

C \approx 91.732^{\circ}

Step-by-step explanation:

(This exercise is presented in Spanish and for that reason explanation will be held in such language)

El lado restante se determina por la Ley del Coseno:

a = \sqrt{b^{2}+c^{2}-2\cdot b\cdot c \cdot \cos A}

a = \sqrt{5.79^{2}+10.4^{2}-2\cdot (5.79)\cdot (10.4)\cdot \cos 54.46^{\circ}}

a \approx 8.466

Finalmente, el angulo C se halla por medio de la misma ley:

\cos C = - \frac{c^{2}-a^{2}-b^{2}}{2\cdot a \cdot b}

\cos C = -\frac{10.4^{2}-8.466^{2}-5.79^{2}}{2\cdot (8.466)\cdot (5.79)}

\cos C = -0.030

C \approx 91.732^{\circ}

Which statement describes the graph of the system of equations below?
insens350 [35]
1.5x + 0.2y = 2.68....multiply by 0.3
1.6x + 0.3y = 2.98...multiply by - 0.2
------------------------
0.45x + 0.06y = 0.804 (result of multiplying by 0.3)
- 0.32x - 0.06y = - 0.596 (result of multiplying by - 0.2)
----------------------add
0.13x = 0.208
x = 0.208/0.13
x = 1.6

1.5x + 0.2y = 2.68
1.5(1.6) + 0.2y = 2.68
2.4 + 0.2y = 2.68
0.2y = 2.68 - 2.4
0.2y = 0.28
y = 0.28/0.2
y = 1.4

solution (they intersect at) (1.6,1.4)
