Earthquake: Drop down and take cover under a desk or table. Stay inside until the shaking stops and it is safe to exit. Stay away from bookcases and other furniture that can fall on you. Stay away from windows and light fixtures.
If you are in bed – hold on and stay there.

Volcanic Eruption: Avoid low-lying areas, areas downwind of the volcano, and river valleys downstream of the volcano. Debris and ash will be carried by wind and gravity. Stay in areas where you will not be further exposed to volcanic eruption hazards. Trying to watch an erupting volcano up close is a deadly idea.

Identify one way that a person can sustain an intentional injury and an unintentional injury. In each case, include an individua
Orlov [11]
You can sustain an intentional injury like by flopping in basketball where you purposely try to get the referee to give your opponent a foul. You fall and act like you are hurt. In this act you put yourself at risk of actually getting hurt. An unintentional injury could be as a football quarterback and you are scanning the field of who you will throw to. All of a sudden you are hit from your blindside and hurt whatever body part as you go down. This was unintentional and you didn't mean for it to happen. Things that can reduce the risk of injury are staying out of foul trouble in a sport and making sure your body is ready to take hits that can come at any moment. You can prepare your body by stretching and loosening it up. Hope this helps!

How should the nurse proceed when instilling neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and hydrocortisone optic suspension, two drops in
Aleksandr [31]

The nurse should verify the proper client and route. The rationale behind this is a nurse should monitor the five "Rs" of medication administration: right client, right drug, right dose, right route, and right time. The drops may be warmed to prevent pain or dizziness, but this act isn't important. An emesis basin would be used for irrigation of the ear. The client should be placed in the lateral position for five minutes, not semi-Fowler's position, to prevent the drops from draining.
