Weight doesn't necessarily depend on your age. It depends on your height, sex, and genetics. Thus, it would be harder for someone who is, let's say, 6'1 to weigh 120 pounds than someone who is 5'1. It would be severely unhealthy if said 6'1 person weighed 120 pounds, as that would be heavily underweight for them, but around 120 pounds would be the ideal weight for someone who is 5'1. If you're looking to lose weight, I suggest going on runs or walks, and eating fruits and vegetables more often! If you don't already run, start off with taking a nice stroll around in the morning. You can listen to music while doing so, or an audio book! It's fun once you build that into your routine, you can slowly build up to going on jogs or runs <3
