Well if you workout that muscle that you are training let’s say push ups you go all the way down and go all the way up it will have contact with your of your chest. The more reps the more you’ll feel the burn so I think there is no way to contact a muscle without getting tired

Muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift. Muscular endurance is how many times you can move that weight without getting exhausted (very tired).

Explanation:

It would be muscular endurance because thats how much/many times you can move until becoming tired. You build endurance the more you train/practice that muscle group!
