The chaotic tone of the passage above would also be appropriate for
Verdich [7]

Answer:

D. a story set during a major battle.

Explanation:

The chaotic tone of the passage is one of panic, emergencies, accidents, bravery, fear and much more, all of which can be associated with a story set during a major battle.

Even the instances from the passage attest to that with danger lurking all around, people trapped in a supposedly safe zone until it no longer remains safe, the emergency equipment, like the emergency radio in the passage, the urgency of the situation wherein Juan needs to go check up on his mother who's alone "out there", chaos among people, etc. The mood of the passage is tense and there's a sense of impending disaster in the undertone of the passage, which further relates to a story set during a major battle.

S_A_V [24]

Answer:

The answer is A, "What a nice plump mouthful, she will be better to ear than the old woman."

Explanation:

We know this because the wolf eats both the grandmother AND Little Red Riding Hood. The other options do not forshadow anything, since we know that forshadowing it basically giving the reader clues as to what happens later in the story!

Hope this helps!

Write four to five sentences describing how the two adaptations of Hamlet are similar and how they are different
kipiarov [429]
The first adaptation combines Hamlet and the ghost into one part. This makes Hamlet seem like he is really suffering from madness. The second adaptation makes Hamlet seem much more in control. His tone is troubled but also thoughtful. The different adaptations helped me see the complexity of Hamlet's character.

The inference is the process of drawing a logical conclusion from observation and context. Most likely, you use inference frequently. For instance, if you observe someone eating a cuisine and they make a face, you can assume they do not like it.

Here, the inference that the readers can make from like 37 to 41 is that ships invaded his town.
