An autoclave is a machine that is used to sterilize equipment by killing microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, spores or even viruses. This killing is done using high temperature (of steam) and pressure. Thus, an equipment removed from an autoclave can/might have dead cells of the microorganisms mentioned earlier on it.
OK so basically you need to set a time schedule that gives you enough time for daily chores and needs and then have time set out for you to have leisure but also make sure to include at least 8 hours of sleep.
