A = 63 degrees

B = 36 degrees

Since angle a is supplementary to the 117 degree angle, we subtract 117 from 180.

180 - 117 = 63

We use that information to calculate angle b. Since all angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees, we add 81 and 63, and then subtract that sum from 180.

81 + 63 = 144

180 - 144 = 36

Please let me know if I am wrong.

a=180-117=63

b=180-81-63=36

so angle a is 63, and angle b is 36

Answer:

central angle=18

arc length=2.5 π feet

area of a sector=31.25π square feet

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

wheel radius=25 feet

attached cars=20

Space between cars along the circumference of wheel= 360/20

                                                                                          =18

Finding arc length:

arc length= radius x angle(in radians)

angle in radian = 18 x π/180 = 0.1π radians

arc length   = 25 x 0.1π

                 =2.5π feet

Area of the circle = πr^2

Area of the circle = π(25)^2

Area of the circle = 625π square feet.

As the ratio of the central angle to the full circle angle is proportional to the area of the sector to the complete circle:

central angle/360=area of sector/area of circle

Area of sector= area of circle x 18/360

                       = 625π(1/20)

                        =31.25π !

Please, help!!! 1. For this assessment, explicitly state the five steps of a simulation and carry out the
sergij07 [2.7K]
Assign the digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 to success... this is 8 out of a possible 10... or 80%
state your starting point in the table of random numbers say row 3 column 2 and then given the direction down the column.. or across the row then record the digits in groups of 5 to simulate the 5 free throws... like get 20 groups of 5
next tally the successes for each group of 5... then write a conclusion based on your results and compare it to what actually happened... so how many times shot 5 of 5 4 of 5 3 of 5 2 of 5 1 of 5 0 of 5
