Should be 64 degrees as the two angles are on a plane which is 180 degrees. and 180 minus what is given (116) would come out to 64.

Point P is located at (–3, –2). P is reflected across the x-axis to create P'. What quadrant is P' in?
Eva8 [605]
Look at the axis graph. If both of the coordinates are negative, it would be in quadrant lll. If you go over to the x-axis, you would be in quadrant lV, or 4.

(-2,-3) -> (2,-3)

You change the x-factor's sign.

I hope this helps!

1. Calculate the rate of change for the following data:
expeople1 [14]

the slope goes by several names

• average rate of change

• rate of change

• deltaY over deltaX

• Δy over Δx

• rise over run

• gradient

• constant of proportionality

however, is the same cat wearing different costumes.

well, to get it all we need is two points, say hmmm let's use (-1 , -7) and (7 , 25)

(\stackrel{x_1}{-1}~,~\stackrel{y_1}{-7})\qquad (\stackrel{x_2}{7}~,~\stackrel{y_2}{25}) \\\\\\ \stackrel{slope}{m}\implies \cfrac{\stackrel{rise} {\stackrel{y_2}{25}-\stackrel{y1}{(-7)}}}{\underset{run} {\underset{x_2}{7}-\underset{x_1}{(-1)}}}\implies \cfrac{25+7}{7+1}\implies \cfrac{32}{8}\implies 4

Divide the following fractions and reduce to lowest terms 2/3 divided by 4/5
pshichka [43]
Well to divide 2 fraction you first have to find a least common number between the 2 bottom numbers in the fractions, we know automaticall that 15 fits in both the 3 and the 5. now u have to find out what to multiply by each number to get 15, for example what number do you multiply by 3 to get 15?? well it will be 5, so go ahead and multiply it by the fraction (note that what you do  in the bottom you have to do in the top) this will give you 10/15, because I multiplied the top and bottom number by 5... lets try the other one what number do you multiply by 5 to get 15?? well it will be 3 so go ahead and multiply that to get 12/15.. now add the top numbers (note that the bottoms always stay the same, you never add or subtract them) when you do you will get 22/15, now you have to see if you can simplify it any further in this case you can't so your final answer is 22/15

Hope this helps
