Given

mass (m) = 1 kg

velocity (v) = 10 m/s

kinetic energy ( ke) = ?

,we know

K.E =1/2 m v²

= 1/2 * 1 * 10²

= 100/2

=50 joule

hope it helps :)

An average man is 80 k (800 N) and the area of the shoes he is wearing is 0.0092 m2. What is the pressure he is exerting on the
S_A_V [24]

Answer:

P = 86956.52 Pa

Explanation:

Data:

  • F = 800 N
  • A = 0.0092 m²
  • P = ?

Use the formula:

  • \boxed{\bold{P=\frac{F}{A}}}

Replace and solve:

  • \boxed{\bold{P=\frac{800\ N}{0.0092\ m^{2}}}}
  • \boxed{\bold{P=86956.52\ Pa}}}

The pressure it exerts on the ground is <u>86956.52 Pascal.</u>

when two capacitor 3muF and 6muF are connected in a parallel and combination is charged to a potential of 120 volt the potential
Lunna [17]

Answer:

V₁ = V = 120 V

Explanation:

Such a combination of capacitors in which;

1- Potential difference across each capacitor is the same

2- Total charge is distributed amongst the capacitors

; is called Parallel Combination.

Therefore, in this case, the potential difference across each capacitor will also be the same. Because the capacitors are connected in parallel here. So the voltage across 3 μF capacitor will be the same as the voltage across the 6 μF capacitor and they both will be equal to the total potential difference.

<u>V₁ = V = 120 V</u>

In a double-slit experiment, the third-order maximum for light of wavelength 490 nm is located 15 mm from the central bright spo
jeka94

Answer:

The distance from the central bright spot are 156.8\times10^{-3}\ mm and 142.9\times10^{-3}\ mm.

Explanation:

Given that,

Wavelength = 490 nm

Distance y= 15 mm

Length L=1.6 m

New wavelength = 670

We need to calculate the distance from the central bright spot

Using formula of distance

y= \dfrac{m\lambda L}{d}

d=\dfrac{m\lambda L}{y}

Put the value into the formula

d=\dfrac{3\times490\times10^{-9}\times1.6}{15\times10^{-3}}

d=156.8\times10^{-6}\ m

d=156.8\times10^{-3}\ mm

We need to calculate the distance from the central bright spot for new wavelength

Using formula of distance

d=\dfrac{m\lambda L}{y}

Put the value into the formula

d=\dfrac{2\times670\times10^{-9}\times1.6}{15\times10^{-3}}

d=142.9\times10^{-6} m

d=142.9\times10^{-3}\ mm

Hence, The distance from the central bright spot are 156.8\times10^{-3}\ mm and 142.9\times10^{-3}\ mm.
