Answer:

Fast and slow free-radical recombination reactions in thermal breakdown. As thermally induced bond-cleavage reactions and the depolymerisation of coals accelerate above 350–375°C, the more reactive of the free radicals have greater potential to undergo either retrogressive or quenching (cappin

Bond cleavage, or bond fission, is the splitting of chemical bonds. This can be generally referred to as dissociation when a molecule is cleaved into two or more fragments.

Not sure if all the needed info is here, I’m a bit rusty but I just tried to plug it into my calculator and got stuck. Anyway, the equation needed is Q=mcT, Q being energy, m mass, c spec. heat capacity and T as the change in temperature

IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP (I'll give you brainliest and all)
Anna35 [415]
Attached is a word document that contains a picture of the drawing as well as the explanation.  Let me know if the picture is not showing up or if my hand writing is too hard to read so that I can type the explanation in the comments for this answer.

the major points for the answer was that the Sn²⁺ is reduced while the Cr is oxidized and that the Sn electrode is the cathode while the Cr electrode is the anode.  The electrons travel from the anode to the cathode while the anions travel from the cathode to the anode.

I hope this helps.  Let me know if anything is unclear or if you want me to explain anything further.

If two atoms have an electronegativity difference of 1.3, what type of bond would form between them?
Debora [2.8K]

Answer:

The correct answer is b polar covalent

Explanation:

When two atoms joined by covalent bond has difference in their electronegativities at that time polarity arise.

When the electronegativity difference is low such as 1.3 then the polar bond formed by the two atoms are called polar covalent bond. For example H2O

on the other hand polar bond formed by two atoms having high difference in their electronegativities is called ionic bond. For example NaCl.
