Usually, sugar is present in all foods (even vegetables) we eat, however, sometimes food needs more sugar to account for preservatives, and pasteurizations. This often makes the food taste bland, when this happens we simply add sugar to the food to give it more flavor.

2. Flexibility: exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible.

3. Strength, or resistance training: exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.
