Answer:

1.Muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift. Muscular endurance is how many times you can move that weight without getting exhausted (very tired).

2.Muscle is a soft tissue found in most animals. Muscle cells contain protein filaments of actin and myosin that slide past one another, producing a contraction that changes both the length and the shape of the cell. Muscles function to produce force and motion.

3.Muscle tissue contains something called muscle fibers. Muscle fibers consist of a single muscle cell. They help to control the physical forces within the body. When grouped together, they can facilitate organized movement of your limbs and tissues.

4.Two types of muscle fiber are

1.Slow twitch:

2. Fast twitch:

Definition:Slow-twitch muscle fibers are fatigue resistant, and focused on sustained, smaller movements and postural control. They contain more mitochondria and myoglobin, and are aerobic in nature compared to fast-twitch fibers. Slow-twitch fibers are also sometimes called type I or red fibers because of their blood supply.

Explanation:

1_ Muscular strength is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift. Muscular endurance is how many times you can move that weight without getting exhausted.

2_ Muscle is the tissue of the body which primarily functions as a source of power. There are three types of muscle in the body. Muscle which is responsible for moving extremities and external areas of the body is called "skeletal muscle." Heart muscle is called "cardiac muscle." Muscle that is in the walls of arteries and bowel is called "smooth muscle."

3_ Muscle fibres: muscle fibers form as a result of the alignment and fusion of myoblasts, which arise from mesodermal somites, to form primary myotubes in the first instance.

4_ The two types of skeletal muscle fibers are slowtwitch (type I) and fast twitch (type II).

Slow twitch muscle fibers support long-distance endurance activities like marathon running, while fast-twitch muscle fibers support fast, powerful movements like jogging or weightlifting.
