The aerobic exercises are: Rowing, hiking, jogging, running, and cycling. Again, please write 1-5 sentences on how each activity is done.

Answer: Running can be done how ever but when done properly you start of slow then increase speed if you are running sprint then you will be starting fast and end fast. When you are jogging or going for a long mile you want to start of with a good pace and continue with it. Hiking is going up a mountain or a trail you can walk, running would be dangerous. When rowing you need to make sure you paddle side to side to go. Then Cycling for a long period of time you want to keep a pace but when you are cycling  for a short time you can go fast as you want.
