Answer: Running can be done how ever but when done properly you start of slow then increase speed if you are running sprint then you will be starting fast and end fast. When you are jogging or going for a long mile you want to start of with a good pace and continue with it. Hiking is going up a mountain or a trail you can walk, running would be dangerous. When rowing you need to make sure you paddle side to side to go. Then Cycling for a long period of time you want to keep a pace but when you are cycling  for a short time you can go fast as you want.

Violence, including homicide, s*icide, s*xual assault, and intimate partner violence.

Alcohol poisoning, a medical emergency that results from high blood alcohol levels.

Risky s*xual behaviors, including unprotected s*x or s*x with multiple partners. These behaviors can result in unintended pregnancy or s*xually transmitted diseases, including HIV.12,13

Miscarriage and stillbirth or fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASDs) among pregnant women.

Some long-term affects are....

High blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems.

Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, voice box, liver, colon, and rectum.

Weakening of the immune system, increasing the chances of getting sick.

Learning and memory problems, including dementia and poor school performance.

Mental health problems, including depression and anxiety.

Social problems, including family problems, job-related problems, and unemployment.

Ways they can change their lifestyle:
