53 grams of sodium carbonate, 22 grams of carbon dioxide and 9 grams of water.

Explanation:

The amount of production of the products from sodium bicarbonate will depend on the molar weight of sodium bicarbonate. The molar weight of a compound is defined as the weight of 1 mole number of molecules of that compound. To determine the molar weight of a compound the easiest process is to add the the atomic weights of individual atoms present in the compound and thus we can obtain the molar weight of the compound.

Molar weight of sodium is 23. The molar weight of hydrogen is 1. The molar weight of carbon is 12. The molar weight of oxygen is 16. So in a molecule of sodium bicarbonate there are one atom of sodium, one atom of carbon, one atom of hydrogen and three atoms of oxygen. So molar weight of sodium bicarbonate becomes 23+1+12+16\times3=84.

So 42 grams of sodium bicarbonate contains half mole of sodium bicarbonate.

Molar weight of one mole of sodium carbonate is 23\times2+12+16\times3 = 106.

Molar weight of carbon dioxide is 12+16\times2 = 44.

Molar weight of water is 1\times2+16 =18.

Show total amount of products produced will be 53 grams of sodium carbonate, 22 grams of carbon dioxide and 9 grams of water.

In your bathroom you leave the faucet dripping. If the faucet leaks 30.0 drops/minute, how much water will you waste after 3.00
Verizon [17]

First let's convert the minutes to hours (multiply minutes by 60 to get hours):

30 × 60 = 1,800 drops/hour

Now that you know how much drops there are per hour, you can multiply this answer by 3 to work out how many drops there are in 3 hours:

1,800 × 3 = 5,400 drops

We know that 5 drops is equal to 1 ml, so we can divide 5,400 by 5 to work out the amount of ml:

5,400 ÷ 5 = 1,080 ml

Therefore, your final answer is 1,080 millilitres (ml)

How is carbon within the hydrosphere?
kap26 [50]

Answer:

Carbon is found in the hydrosphere dissolved in ocean water and lakes. Carbon is used by many organisms to produce shells. Marine plants use cabon for photosynthesis. The organic matter that is produced becomes food in the aquatic ecosystem.

Nal+ pb(SO4) 2 Pbl4 + Na2SO4 explain how to balance the chemical equation and classify its reaction type
Pani-rosa [81]

Explanation:

because there are 4 Iodines on the left, we'll put. 4 in front of NaI to balance it. This would result in 4 Na on the left, so we'll put a 2 in front of Sodium Sulfate to balance the right side. Now we have 4 Na and I on both side, as well as 2 Sulfate on both sides. Pb is already balanced. The equation is now complete.

Which description of salt is a physical property? (2 points)
jarptica [38.1K]

Product of mixing acids and bases describes salt is a physical property.

Product of mixing acids and bases

Explanation:

When an acid and a base are put together, they respond to kill the corrosive and base properties, creating a salt which portrays the physical property. The physical properties of table salt will be: Salt is a white cubic gem. At the point when the salt is unadulterated it clear.

It likewise shows up in white, dim or caramel shading relying on immaculateness. It is unscented yet has a solid salty taste. Fundamental salts contain the conjugate base of a feeble corrosive, so when they break down in the water, they respond with water to yield an answer with a pH more than 7.0.
