If 2 objects have the same volume, but one has more mass than the other, are the densities the same or different? Explain
laiz [17]

The one with higher mass has a higher density because it fits more mass into the same amount of space (volume).

A solute is a strong electrolyte that ionizes into 2 ions. What is the molar mass of this solute if 30.76 grams added to exactly
Whitepunk [10]

Answer:

34.9 g/mol is the molar mass for this solute

Explanation:

Formula for boiling point elevation: ΔT = Kb . m . i

ΔT = Temperatures 's difference between pure solvent and solution → 0.899°C

Kb = Ebullioscopic constant → 0.511°C/m

m = molality (moles of solute/1kg of solvent)

i = 2 → The solute is a strong electrolyte that ionizes into 2 ions

For example: AB ⇒ A⁺ + B⁻

Let's replace → 0.899°C = 0.511 °C/m . m . 2

0.899°C / 0.511 m/°C . 2 = m → 0.879 molal

This moles corresponds to 1 kg of solvent. Let's determine the molar mass

Molar mass (g/mol) → 30.76 g / 0.879 mol = 34.9 g/mol

What happens when you grow the same crop over and over again in the same field
irinina [24]
Well there's a couple reasons why. First, the land itself can become “tired" and less fertile. This is because the same type of crop planted repeatedly in the same area keeps draining the land of the same nutrients needed for that plant's growth. Pest can also plant their nest near the crop if the farmer continues to plant the same crop in the same place.

Which is the reason why things such as "crop rotation" exist to keep things fresh, and prevent what I described above from happening.
