Answer: Gada system is followed by  Oromo people of Africa.

Explanation:

It is an organizing structure which includes the social, ritual, political, and legal aspects. It is a part of the cultural heritage of the Oromo people.  The system is democratic and people can choose their leaders. The values, norms, laws of this system are compatible to the international human right instruments as all citizens are treated equally. There is a hierarchical system which is followed by the leaders of the Gada system.
